Each Thermal Remediation® package purchase includes initial application and technical training at TEMP-AIR, Inc.’s corporate facility in Minnesota. If initial training is requested at a different location, it is at an additional cost to the customer. Lifetime technical phone support is also included with the purchase of a Thermal Remediation® equipment package.
